Terms & conditions
1. Property must be listed for sale by auction between 01 August and 31 August 2023
2. The agency agreement must be signed at our normal commission rate.
3. The property owner must set their reserve within the agents appraised range of the property.
4. The property owner must be prepared to accept an offer within the agent’s appraised range if not for sale via auction
5. The property must be advertised using the spring marketing promotion budget as a minimum requirement. A copy of the budget is available by request.
6. The property owner must pay $3,000 upfront, this is non-refundable.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
