28 & 28a Myers Road Manurewa, Manukau City

A Home and Income like this one rarely come up for sale. Situated on 809sqm (mol) it's the perfect setup with separate driveways, separate power and water meters, with a double lockup garage for the rear dwelling and carport for the front as well as ample off street parking for both - you would be forgiven for thinking these are separate properties! All that's left is to investigate it's potential to subdivide.

The original dwelling in the front is a solid 3 bedroom weatherboard home with a recently renovated kitchen and great indoor-outdoor floor for entertaining as the lounge seamlessly flows through to the dining and out onto your private deck, perfect for barbecues in the summer.

The rear dwelling is the added bonus but easily a standout on its own! Built in the 2000s, this home is in excellent condition with 2 generously sized bedrooms and an open plan living and dining area. You have a double lock up garage for storage or car security, with a gate that just adds a bit more security or privacy.

A highly desirable location with convenient access to Manurewa town centre, transport links and the ever popular Auckland Botanic Gardens ensures there will be significant interest in both this listing and any future development.
